We are a New York-based brand that creates functional athletic apparel. We believe that high-quality, well-designed athletic apparel should be within reach, so every item is designed to fit your life.

ORDERS & SHIPPING - U.S.

How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for orders over $75, and a flat fee of $5 for all other orders. We also offer expedited shipping for $25.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard shipping can be expected in 4-8 business days, and expedited shipping can be expected in 2-4 business days. Longer transit times will apply outside of the contiguous 48 states.

Can I get my order faster?
Yes. We offer expedited shipping (delivery within 2-4 business days) for $25. Longer transit times will apply outside of the contiguous 48 states.

What payment methods do you accept?
The usual suspects: all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.



RETURNS & EXCHANGES - U.S.

What’s your return policy?
If your order didn’t work out, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the hang tags still on. We will refund the merchandise price you paid to the original form of payment. (Note: Shipping fees are not refundable).

What if my items are damaged?
If something’s not right, let us know at hello@fourlaps.com, and we’ll make it up to you ASAP. 

How do I return an item?
Not 100% satisfied? Email hello@fourlaps.com, and we’ll send a postage-paid return label your way.

How do I exchange an item?
Need a different size or color? We accept exchanges up to 30 days from the purchase date. Reach out to us at hello@fourlaps.com, let us know what you’re looking for, and we will provide a postage-paid return label so you can send the original item(s) back.

How much does return/exchange shipping cost?
We offer one free return or exchange per order. Shoot us an email at hello@fourlaps.com, and we'll send you a postage-paid return label. Need to return or exchange more items at a later date? Please send all shipments to:

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

What countries do you ship to?
Outside of the U.S., we currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?
International shipping is a flat fee of $25 for all orders.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 48 hours. Once you receive your tracking number, your shipment can be expected in 4-10 business days.

Can I get my order faster?
Not at this time. We currently do not offer expedited shipping on international orders.

What is your return policy?

How much does return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs vary depending on country. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

How do I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges for international orders. Please return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement items.

Will any duties or taxes be assessed?
Customs, duties, and taxes are strictly enforced, and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the shipping carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient. In the event your package is either returned to sender or abandoned, the duties due on the package and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

Why is the checkout page in USD?
All orders are processed in USD. While you can adjust the currency displayed on our site, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
