ORDER & SHIPPING - U.S

If your order didn’t work out, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase. We just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with the hang tags still on. We will refund the merchandise price you paid to the original form of payment. (Note: Shipping fees are not refundable). Clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Standard shipping can be expected in 4-8 business days, and expedited shipping can be expected in 2-4 business days. Longer transit times will apply outside of the continental U.S.

Yes. We offer expedited shipping (delivery within 2-4 business days) for $15. Longer transit times will apply outside of the continental U.S.

The usual suspects: all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer accelerated checkout using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

As of October 1, 2021, USPS reports it may take up to two weeks to deliver standard shipping packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Outside of the U.S., we currently ship to Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

International shipping is a flat fee of $20 for all orders.

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Most shipments can be expected within 4-10 business days of receiving your tracking number. However, it is possible for shipments to be held up in customs for anywhere from several days to over a week. We cannot guarantee an arrival time due to delays in customs.

Not at this time. We currently do not offer expedited shipping on international orders.

Return shipping costs vary depending on the country. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

We know that buying online doesn't always work out the first time. If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, color or item, please return the item(s) you wish to exchange and place a new order for the replacement items. If you used a discount code for your original order, shoot us an email at hello@fourlaps.com, and we will honor it for your new order. If you would like to exchange an item that was received as a gift, email us at hello@fourlaps.com, and we will send you a gift card for the merchandise price of the return.

Customs, duties, and taxes are strictly enforced and are not included in the order amount at checkout. These will be assessed upon delivery by the shipping carrier and must be paid by the order recipient. In the event your package is either returned to the sender or abandoned, the duties due on the package and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund.

All orders are processed in USD. While you can adjust the currency displayed on our site, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
